![]() ![]() We don’t know if there was a fire or someone pulled it, or what happened, but it was a rude awakening! We got up and went to the park and I feel it was over booked. We got a text that it was under control and being handled. At 6:30am, there was sharp loud pulsing sirens that turned out to be a fire alarm. We were in the bottom floor and could hear jumping sounds, but they ended by quiet time. Our mattress wasn’t comfortable, but was ok. We had a kin whirlpool room with pull out couch. We were happy we had a fridge and micro for leftovers and other food and snacks. We ordered to go food to our room from famous Dave’s, which was close by and got the family feast, which was more than enough for our family. It was kinda confusing what to do and where to go, but we figured it out eventually. My 9 year old went to the trick or treat event. I’d add a few more and maybe some more comfortable seating and a tv, but that’s just a suggestion. It’s nice that there are benches for parents on the ground floor. This was a great time and my kids played for a long time. They weren’t super knowledgeable, but they were very nice and helped however they could. There was a problem activating my son’s wand and we had to wait awhile for the manager to come help. All the slides were running, it was clean, the kids had a blast and we went all over and did all the rides we wanted and then we got changed and went to the magiquest. We got changed and went right to the water park. But i one really told us that, and there weren’t signs about it.we finally got through the process and got our room. There were then 2 lines (kinda), one pre check, and one for those that hadn’t. Half way through our waiting, someone came out and took a long time to put out line dividers and they actually were done wrong, so they didn’t was confusing and took at least 10 minutes. We decided to take advantage of teacher conferences and days off of school for a quick visit! Thursday when we arrived it was a long unorganized check in even though we did the online check in and had a message that our room was ready. Older kids will find plenty to enjoy - especially with the sprawling water park and bling-y arcade - but it’s the younger ones who will be most excited by the atmosphere and activities. We have visited a number of resorts in the Wisconsin Dells and we believe this is the Dells’ best large resort for toddlers and preschoolers. ![]()
